Successful Groundbreaking Takes Place for Bike and Brew

BETTENDORF, IA - Crawford Brew Works and Healthy Habits Bike Shop celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony today. The two businesses are starting construction on a new 7,000-sq. ft. building in the 3600 block of Devils Glen Road. The project general contractor is Build To Suit, while Design Build by Architects has participated. Triumph Community Bank is offering financial support. The ceremony was attended by project participants, customers, QC Chamber representatives, and representatives from the City of Bettendorf. Construction is expected to be completed this winter.
